CERTIFICATE OF EXPERTISE ( SKA)
SKA or certificate is a certificate issued Expertise LPJK and given to the construction experts who have met the requirements kompeteni based scientific disciplines, kefungsian and / or expertise.

I. Standard basic education:
1 Skilled Level 1 ( highest) / Senior Technician
